salam.. entry kali adalah untuk those yg suka membaca... hahaha... berjalan2 di lorong hj google sbntr td. then cari smthng yg menarik untuk santapan minda pagi2 i ha.. tserempak la plak ngn satu laman, nama dia Reader's Digest Version. wuhooo!!.... sesiapa penggemar RD mmg akn sgt tertarik ngn laman ni.. wahh,. once upon a time, saya penah la jd pengumpul tegar RD. masa skola dulu2..bacanya idak pon..kumpul je lebih..haha..bila baget merundum, stop la beli.. so lepas tu, kalo byk masa, just g library to have some reading on it.. tapi x terfikir la plak untuk search for online..wahaha..

ok2, topic hari ini is about sense of humour. yup.. btul la tuh. kenapa??. sbb saya suka humour!.haha.. saya suka lawak jenaka. anythng can b a joke. yes, anythng!. tapi i understand yg x semua akan suka. manusia2 berhati cekal dan waja xkan suka humour. golongan2 ini cuma akan straight forward n overly honest in speaking which i dont really prefer it in my words. yup, being honest is perlu, tp sometimes kalau jujur sangat pon payah. you can break someone's heart by telling the truth directly. so speak wisely.. haha.. eh, u know what, by smiling n laughing, and think funny things, it can reduce almost half of your illness!. nak2 yg ada high blood pressure ke, hypertension ke.. Research finds that humor can help you cope better with pain, enhance your immune system, reduce stress, even help you live longer. Laughter, doctors and psychologists agree, is an essential component of a healthy, happy life. serius tau!. so, do improve your sense of humour ok!. =)
