second paper checked!. yes! at last i get gaps until this coming wednesday! *mini merdeka! celebration please!. owh, no way! no celebration yet! 5 papers more to go!. sigh~
sitting in this room (which i called it pinky cube!) alone with no one interfering me with both of handphones switched off, give me some sort of relaxation. after gone through long hours without rest and with tense, i need my own space, time and fresh air to feel alive again!. *ecewah!. walhal baru 2 papers da mcm hape je gaya! hahahaha!
looking straight to my notice board, jd pressure balik. haha.. bukan ada notes ape pon tp ada saman2 yg stil x setel2 lagi, financial statements yg masih tertunggak and and and exam timetable!. grr... tp kalau tak letak cmtu, boleh jadi lalai kemaenn. so biarkan... huuu...
u know yesterday paper was Evidence law. well, what more to say.. evidence kan.. and after months of studying it, i think i am good enough in seeking and clarifying evidence!. hahaha.. in law, u can presume any facts you think it necessary even without you knowing the truth. u can only produce primary and secondary evidence to prove documents, unsworn statements must be corroborated for its admissibility, hearsay is inadmissible, legal professional privilege, privilege of communication during marriage bla bla bla.... exam akan bertambah gemilang apabila mendapat hints yang yeah sebijik2 keluar!. we wish for a miracle. at least we work hard to get that miracle kan kan?. hua3!
reading law is so much fun tau! especially when you can relate it with your daily live, yeah, like i used to do and when i relate it to anything, or even anyone, i can just imagine that i come out to become a great legal practicioner who can turn u down anytime and make sure you eat everything u threw out to me back before!. woahh! turning down people is something fun to do kan?. agree with me or not?. hua3~
below is attachment taken from section 107 and section 108 of Malaysian evidence Act. well, nk pakai Indian Evidence Act pun boleh since our law is in pari materia with their law particularly in this section.. huu.. second one is presumption of death. owh, im not giving any lecture here. just to relate it to our daily life and using as layman words as possible. person who missing at least for seven years without being heard from anyone who naturally have heard of him, the court may presume him as death. the burden of proving is shifted to one who claimed his as alive. hurmm...
faham tak apa yg sy cuba nak sampaikan?. in this particular time, how i wish this presumption remains between you and me. either me or you who dead. lets presume like that. lets not contacting each other for atleast 7 years and after that we can read yassin for each other doakan roh kita sama-sama aman di sana. aci tak macam tu?. hurmm?. i think it is the best way to get rid from person like you. you are not alive in fact. u just alive in my imaginary and vice versa. alang2 dah ada law governs for such presumption kan.. huu... hahahaha.. takbest bila tengah sedap2 merepek mcm ni and the person replied 'apa-apa jelah.' or 'u said it, not me.' or 'up to you. im out' or 'dah puas merapu?' or 'terpulang...' etc... sigh~
truly, im not good in reading law but i try my best to enjoy whatever i do right now. i am a slow reader, i am a slow writer. and i always out of track in understanding directions. my english is bad. my bahasa melayu lagilah even worse!. but im good in finding solutions. i know what is the best for me and what is not. im good in giving direction. im good in social communication. im good in future planning. im good in tracking lies. im also good in critical thinking whenever it necessary. haha..
last but not least, please feel free to meet my handsome lecturer!. woahhh! he's teaching evidence law la but, sorry sir, during class our (me and fatihah je ponn) confidence towards u always fluctuating up and down! the sole reason is because he gave us unreasonably high marks in midterm test while we thought we don't deserve that much of marks! is he even read our scripts or he just gave the marks by only looking at the provisions given by us?. *wondering! syukur hawa syukur!
